1. PRICE LIST
Our products are sold per units or by weight. Unitary products have a fixed price. Products sold by weight will be invoice depending on the weight of the finished product. As it is a handcraft product and therefore little mechanic, final products do not have a fixed weight and they can vary and the prices of one final product can also vary according to their weight.
2. FORM OF PAYMENT
Credit card: EL HINOJAL S.C.L. has contracted with Caja Rural a secure service of payment gateway with credit cards. If you choose this form of payment the webpage will link with the secure payment gateway of the Caja Rural that guarantees this type of payment free of charge for the client.
Bank Transfer: If you prefer, you will also be able to do a bank transfer to the account mentioned in a confirmation email of the order which will include the account number of the Caja Rural to which you will have to send the payment; mentioning the field of the transfer the order number.
Cash on delivery: If you like you will be able to pay on delivery. This payment method has an over cost of 6% of the purchase (€3 minimum - €20 maximum).
In the shop, if you choose the option “pick up at shop” you will be to pay at the moment of the withdrawal of the order. You will also be able to do a prepayment by means of Credit Card of Bank transfer.
3. FORM OF DELIVERY AND PERIOD
EL HINOJAL S.C.L. reserved the right to vary the type of shipment and the company through which it will take place as long as it does not imply an express prejudice for the client.
Orders will be picked up all days of the week until 24:00 h and will be manufactured and serviced the following day except in the case of some product which in reason of their special characteristics of production can not be elaborated during that period of time, and which will be delivered as soon as they are ready. In the specifications of each product the period necessary for the manufacture of these products will be mentioned.
Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays will be served on Monday or the day following the bank holiday. The rest of the days of the week will be served within the 24 hours from the reception of the order or on the day specified by the client.
Clients will be able to choose the date of the delivery of the order.
Orders will be served to the residence of the client from 10:00h.
a) Deliveries to the city of Salamanca and towns near Salamanca: Santa Marta de Tormes, Villamayor de la Armuña, Carbajosa de la Sagrada, Villares de la reina, Castellanos de Moriscos, Doñinos, Aldeatejada.
The price of the shipment will be:
For orders over €30.00 shipment will be cost free.
For orders between €12.00 and €30.00 shipment will be of €3.00
Minimum order: €12.00
b) Shipments to the rest of the province
The price of shipment will be:
For orders over €60.00 shipment will be free of cost.
For orders between €30.00 and €59.99 shipment will have a cost of €5.00
For orders between €12.00 and €29.99 shipment will have a cost of €7.00
Minimum order: €12.00.
c) Shipments to the rest of the Peninsula
For orders over €60.00 shipment will be free of cost.
For orders between €30.00 and €59.99 shipment will have a cost of €12.00
Minimum order: €12.00.
d) Shipments to the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla
We can provide this service if the client assumes all shipment expenses.
e) Shipments abroad
We can not provide this service for the moment.
4. ACCEPTANCE OF ORDERS
Orders for an amount over €200.00 will have to be confirmed by telephone. Until that moment, the order will not effectively confirmed.
5. QUALITY AND CONSERVATION OF OUR PRODUCTS
Our products are elaborated daily in order the have the quality requirements our customers demand. Many of them are perishable and have to be consumed within the 24 hours following their reception and will have to be kept in cool temperatures from the arrival of the order to your home until their consumption. Packaged products will have to be consumed before the expiry date mentioned and will have to be kept according to the recommendations exposed in the package. Packaged products will have to be consumed within the 24 hours after opening the package.

The contract will be understood to be celebrated in Salamanca, place which will be determined by the relevant jurisdiction in the possible conflicts which may arise in the future.
